Crazy Kids

Here is Annie, Ella, Katie and Jared!
They got a hold of my camera and
took pictures of each other!
When I down loaded my pictures this is what I found!

There is a garden in every childhood,
an enchanted place where colors are brighter,
the air is softer,
and the morning more fragrant than ever before!

Sarah's Birthday

July 29, 2007....Sarah is 28! Doesn't she look happy that I took this picture? She is going to be SO happy about this blog!
She wanted home made ice cream for her birthday and here is Dad and Jared making it! Just so you know we don't usually cook on the floor, but Jared wanted to help and Grandpa always makes wishes come true!

Baseball...Go Royals!

Ron follows Baseball pretty closely but had never seen the Yankee's play ball. So when our local team was playing the Yankees he really wanted to go. He asked Misty if her Dad could get us tickets and boy did he come thru. We got to see the Yankee's play and the Royals WIN!!!! Thank you Brent for the tickets. We had so much fun and Gideon was a trooper! It was 90 degrees out and we were sweating. But Gideon never complained and of course neither did we!

Far West Bonnets

My Mom called the other day. She works at the Far West Store and they needed some pioneer bonnets...so I made some. Any way Annie has been my right hand girl! She cuts out all the bonnets and irons what ever I need and also answers the phone. She even posed for pictures for me! We have been having so much fun and now Natalie is making pinafores to go with the hats! I had forgotten how much I love costuming!

"Marriage is perhaps the most vital of all the decisions and has the most far-reaching effects, for it has to do not only with immediate happiness, but also with eternal joys. It affects not only the two people involved, but also their families and particularly their children and their children’s children down through the many generations." Spencer W. Kimball
