Balloon Festival

For Ella's 6th birthday we went to the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Brookfield, Missouri.

Ron and I got a chance to sneak away from the world and go to Nauvoo last week. See the river behind us...what a view! We love the city beautiful!

Today was the ground breaking of the Kansas City Temple! This is the artists rendition of what it will look like. Are we lucky or what! We are so looking forward to having a temple here. We are a blessed people!

Easter Fun!

We had such a wonderful time on Easter Sunday! All the kids that could came over and we had a hunt, a wonderful dinner and a story about the real reason we celebrate this day! We had all the grand-kids but Talon, isn't that an amazing line of children?

Fabulous Family Day!!!

Today was a special day! Noah was ordained to the priesthood and Katie was baptised. As many of us that could came and we had a wonderful day. Family is so amazing and I am so grateful for mine. You 2 boys who weren't here...We missed you!

Still winter....

I must say... I love winter. I love the cozy-ness of it. I love the quiet feel of it, and I love the colors. I guess I just love the seasons as I love all colors, but this is just such a peaceful time. Happy Winter
